Many of the TEAM members on the east coast have been participating in indoor races either trying to qualify for USA Indoor Nationals or simply try and improve on their PRs. So far many have achieved their goals and we will have great representation at the Indoor Championships in two weeks. Our TEAM members who have qualified for USA Indoor Nationals are:

This weekend we have Lauren Forgues as the sole representative of the TEAM competing at the 105th Millrose Games which is taking place at the Armory this year for the first time. You can watch the race live at 4:37pm EST/1:37pm PST on YouTube Sports.
As a side note, Molly Josephs raced lastnight on Long Island and became a 5-time Nassau County Champion in a personal best time of 7:04. This time also ranks her #1 in the USA. We are excited to see Molly keep improving as she still has a few more indoor races left this season.
